A: No, we do not bill any third-party insurance providers, including Medicare, Medicaid, or L&I. We advise customers to contact their insurance provider directly to check if there is a specific “Preferred Provider” required for your coverage.

Q: How do you ensure rental equipment is clean and safe?

A: Your safety is our priority. All rental equipment is immediately sanitized and subjected to maintenance checks as soon as it is returned to us.

Q: Can I try out the equipment before I commit to it?

A: Absolutely. We encourage you to take advantage of our FREE test drives in our store before you finalize a purchase or rental to ensure the equipment meets your specific needs.

Q: If I rent an item and decide to keep it, can I purchase it?

A: Yes. We offer previously rented equipment for purchase at a discounted rate. Furthermore, if you choose to buy, we will apply 50% of your paid rental fees toward the purchase of that item (or a new version of the same/similar item).

Q: What is your return policy?

  • No returns on special orders
  • 1 day return on bath equipment
  • 2 day on all other equipment
  • 5% merchant fee recovery on returns with credit card
